CVSA is observing the situation with COVID-19 and how it may impact the upcoming Conference. Currently, the conference is scheduled the weekend of June 26-28, 2020. As the situation is closely evaluated and monitored, we recommend making sure that you are signed up for the e-newsletter and follow CVSA on social platforms for any announcements impacting the conference. If you are registered for the conference already and decide to cancel, we will offer a full refund up until 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
The safety of our community, who could be at increased risk of serious COVID-19 illness because of underlying health conditions, is our primary concern. We will continue to examine the situation and respond accordingly.
As far as daily operations, much of our programming is offered remotely and will continue as normal. The monthly support call will continue as scheduled; and our office remains open to answer emails and phone calls.
